Welcome to Ogriva Fashion. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the
purchase of our fashion and imitation jewellery. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these
legally binding terms under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act,
2000.
1. Eligibility & Account Security
• Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old to transact on this website independently.
• Data Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current delivery and contact
information at checkout.
• Account Safety: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
account credentials and passwords.
2. Product Disclaimers & Jewellery Care
• Minor Variations: Our jewellery is fashion/artificial. Minor variations in stone placement,
polish, color, or weight may occur.
• Display Hues: Actual product colors may vary slightly from the images shown due to screen
settings and photography lighting.
• Care Clause: Fashion jewellery tarnishes when exposed to moisture, sweat, perfume, or
chemicals.
• No Allergy Liability: We use industry-standard base metals (e.g., brass, copper, alloy). We are
not liable for individual skin allergies or skin reactions.
3. Shipping & Delivery (Domestic Only)
• India Only: We ship strictly within India. We do not accept international shipping addresses
or overseas orders.
• Dispatch Timeline: Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Delivery timelines vary by location.
• Delivery Failures: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, re
shipping charges will apply.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
• Verification: We reserve the right to verify COD orders via phone call, WhatsApp, or SMS
before dispatch.
• Unconfirmed Orders: Unverified or unresponsive COD orders will be automatically cancelled.
• COD Limit: We reserve the right to cap the maximum order value allowed for COD
transactions.
• Refusal Penalty: Frequent refusal of COD packages at the doorstep will result in permanent
blacklisting from our website.
5. 48-Hour Return & Exchange Policy
• Strict Window: You must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after 48 hours will be rejected.
• How to Apply: To initiate a request, you must contact us directly via email at
ogrivafashion@gmail.com or call/message us at +91 8910649834.
• Opening Video Required: To claim a return or exchange for damaged or missing items, a
clear, unedited package unboxing video is mandatory.
• Unused Condition: Items must be completely unworn, unaltered, and returned in their
original packaging with tags intact.
• Reverse Pickup: Depending on your pincode, you may need to self-ship the item, or we will
arrange a reverse pickup (fees may apply).
6. Pricing & Payments
• Currency & Taxes: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of the
statutory GST for fashion jewellery.
• Pricing Errors: In the event of a typographical error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel
the order and issue a full refund.
7. Intellectual Property & Jurisdiction
• Copyright: All jewellery designs, images, logos, and website text are our exclusive intellectual
property. Copying them is legally prohibited.
• Legal Disputes: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or
proceedings arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
