Ogriva Fashion primarily offers fashion jewellery, imitation jewellery, and related accessories. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product images, colours, descriptions, and specifications displayed on our website are accurate. However, actual colours and
appearances may vary slightly due to device settings, screen resolutions, lighting conditions, and photography. Minor variations in finish, colour tone, stone placement, dimensions, or weight may occur and shall not be considered defects. All products are subject to availability,
and we reserve the right to discontinue, modify, replace, or update any product without prior notice.
3. Jewellery Care and Material Disclaimer
Fashion jewellery may naturally tarnish, fade, or lose its shine over time due to exposure to moisture, sweat, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, heat, humidity, or improper storage. Customers are advised to follow the jewellery care instructions provided on our website.
Certain products may contain materials such as brass, copper, alloy, or other base metals. Customers with known allergies or metal sensitivities should carefully review product descriptions before purchasing. Ogriva Fashion shall not be responsible for allergic reactions
or sensitivities arising from individual conditions, except where such issues result directly from manufacturing defects or inaccurate material disclosures.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase a product. An order shall be considered accepted only after it has been confirmed and dispatched by Ogriva Fashion. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited
to, product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, violations of these Terms, or incomplete or inaccurate customer information. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be processed in accordance with our refund procedures.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices shall include applicable taxes where required by law and will be displayed accordingly. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of any pricing, technical, or typographical error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. Payments may be accepted through approved payment gateways, UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net
banking, digital wallets, or Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability and eligibility.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available only for selected locations and order values. We reserve the right to verify COD orders through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, email, or any other communication method before dispatch. Orders that remain unverified or where customers are unresponsive may be cancelled. Customers who repeatedly refuse accepte COD orders without valid reasons may have COD privileges restricted or withdrawn for future purchases.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Ogriva Fashion currently ships only within India. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days unless otherwise specified. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability.
8. Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Approved cancellations will be refunded through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.
9. Return and Exchange Policy
Customers must report any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product within 48 hours of delivery. Requests may be submitted via email at ogrivafashion@gmail.com or by phone/WhatsApp at +91 8910649834.
Customers are encouraged to retain an unboxing video and clear photographs to support claims relating to damage, defects, incorrect
products, or missing items. Returned products must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, accompanied by original tags and accessories, and free from customer-caused damage. Products showing signs of use, alteration, tampering, or damage may not qualify
for return or exchange. Depending on service availability, reverse pickup may be arranged, or customers may be required to self-ship the item. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product. Certain promotional, clearance,
customized, personalized, or special-category products may not be eligible for return or exchange where clearly specified.
10. Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including but not limited to product images, logos, designs, graphics, text, website layout, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Ogriva Fashion and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No
content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, displayed, transmitted, or commercially exploited without our prior written consent.
11. User Conduct
By using our website, you agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, interfere with website operations, upload malicious software or harmful code, engage in fraudulent transactions, or misrepresent your identity or personal information.
